owl
Has anyone ever considered compiling outstanding SBD or good AUD versions of each track from all of Wilco's CDs to make a live discography compilation? I'd say that Tweedy solo tracks would be acceptable too. Here is my FTP information if anyone wants to upload individual tracks. It may never get done if I don't have help.I don't have that many shows these days, but I know that some of you do!!!111 HOST/IP/URL: beaudry.dreamhost.com USERNAME: owlupPASSWORD: owluploads FLAC or SHN preferred. Mr. Heartbreak
I created an AGIB disc like that for myself because I disliked the studio release so much, but have never considered it for the other albums.
Gobias Industries
I think just the 2003.9.19-20 shows cover AGIB AND YHF well enough.
owl
AM, Being There, Summerteeth, Mermaid Ave., etc.?
Gobias Industries
AM, Being There, Summerteeth, Mermaid Ave., etc.? Then again, 2003.09.19-20 covers EVERY ALBUM Wilco has done, except 20x better.
quarter23cd
I created an AGIB disc like that for myself because I disliked the studio release so much, but have never considered it for the other albums.I considered doing this for Summerteeth at one point, but I'm too lazy and don't have nearly enough live shows to pull from. In the end it was easier just to keep listening to the studio album until I warmed up to it.

owl
I'm in...I've got my 75-disc library here and will go through it this weekend... Sweeeeet. I considered doing this for Summerteeth at one point, but I'm too lazy and don't have nearly enough live shows to pull from. In the end it was easier just to keep listening to the studio album until I warmed up to it. I totally understand, and that's kind of how I am. That's why I was thinking that it might fare better as a group effort- with a variety of listeners and a vast collections. I'll try to pull some songs from http://download.owlandbear.com too. Basil II
This is a nice idea!!!!! for the "summerteeth" edition....there is a killer (early)version of "She's A Jar" sung in a Sing-Song rap style from 1998? I'm gonna have to dig.........literally. -Robert.
Nonlinear Nonfiction
We are missing a select few tracks and will post the ones we need very soon and will appreciate the help! If anyone posts tracks to sendspace and PMs me the link, I will check them out and either replace them if they fit better than the ones chosen already or use it to fill the holes. Thanks. That is odd.
froggie
doesnt sound like a 12 string to me... i concentrate more on the way he sings it in terms of pitch and timing... very nice heh, "the woodgrain underneath"

I'll check this out, but do you have it in lossless format?
