Beltmann
First thing that came to mind is a bit unconventional: The Inarritu segment from 11'09''01 - September 11. I've seen it at least 15 times, and I am always overwhelmed. EDIT:

Lynch
There are several moments in The Shawshank Redemption that make me almost tear up. One of my favorite movies of all time.
mountain bed
The most recent thing I've seen that made me tear up a bit was "The Kite Runner". The book was even better, but the film got to me in a way that was pretty unusual (for me anyway).

MattZ
I'm a sucker for Field of Dreams. Me too, but not at the end. I get choked up when the guy is talking about how when Moonlight Graham died they found all those blue hats in his office ... that he never got around to giving her. Mrs. Peel
I'll second Love, Actually. Also, Father Of The Bride. Reminds me of my dad. Oh, and the funeral scene in Steel Magnolias. It never fails to make me bawl and laugh hysterically all at once. The worst one I can think of though, is Stepmom. The one with Julia Roberts and Susan Sarandon. Boy does that make me cry like a baby.
watch me fall
Mr. Holland's Opus, because I was a choir geek back in the day. My Dog Skip, because, well I am human. I'm sure there are others because it doesn't take much to make me cry.

Lammycat
The kid at the very end of Groundhog Day got to me for some reason ("God bless us everyone") when I saw it in the theatre, and then they busted into that tune about the world being a better place - for you, and me, etc. I might have been drunk, though.
