Lammycat
I'm not getting "Houses of the Holy" on some lists. It's got an infectiously romping beat. The drumming alone does it for me. "Dead Horse"is a top G'nR tune for me, too.

remphish1
Ok, whoever thought up this thread should be put on a rack and stretched. Umm thanks? I think it is good to realize some of the best bands out there don't have perfect output. I like to look objectively at my favorite bands.

mpolak21
I thought this was about the band Them. Top five favorite bands: 1.) The Beatles2.) The Velvet Underground3.) The Talking Heads4.) Wilco5.) Yo La Tengo Least favorite songs by Them: My Little Baby, I Got a Woman, Out of Sight... In all seriousness, it's next for impossible for me to make this list without pulling out Doug Yule for the Velvets, the last two Talking Heads albums that not a lot of people listen to anyway, and pissing off the Sky Blue Sky fans on the board ever more. --Mike
