smells like flowers Posted November 22, 2013 Share Posted November 22, 2013 There was one in my back yard about 3 weeks ago - about 4 feet long - had to pay a guy 30 dollars to grab it and take it away - never will forget the sound of that rattle.Yeah, a friend and I encountered one while hiking a few months back. We heard the rattle before seeing the snake. That sound hits you on some primal level. I kept replaying the scene while trying to fall asleep at night. It was my first rattler-- made me feel like a true Floridian since the state is crawling with them! But scary as shit! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
