NPR Live Video Stream Of Wilco Concert: Fri. 7/27 @ 7:30 (& Newport Folk Fest too)

NPR is addinging tomorrow's Wilco triple bill show into it's Newport Folk Festival Webcast. Although the show isn't actually officially part of the Festival, which runs Friday & Saturday.

Wilco goes on at 7:30 on Friday July 27th, 2012.

Lots of people complaining about the poor video stream in the chat feature. Audio stream is excellent though.

It's gotten a bit better...but...I was thinking about opening a page & putting on the audio stream & just leaving the sound off on the video page...but, sadly, they aren't in synch...

My audio and video were both very hiccup-y, but did he say that when he and his teenage friends were trying to look punk rock, they tied two bandanas together and used them for belts? That's just precious. More John Cougar Mellancamp than Johnny Rotten!

That was it exactly...hilarious, but cool in a goofy DIY kinda way too (though not exactly what I'd call punk aesthecially- but operationally, from the effort & intention- totally punk)...on the same landing that he sings about in "Heavy Metal Drummer"- he mentioned that part later...
