PopTodd
not even Cream?Don't hate Cream, but that stuff has been pretty much played out for me, whereas his solo output is just... blech.
opsopcopolis
No, Just see R.Plant's Band of Joy - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yiokMaodFkw I actually really liked Band of Joy. First solo output by Plant that I could really get behind
lost highway
The same thing that made Social Distortion mind blowing when I was a teen makes them seem silly now. They have some undeniably catchy tunes, but most of their catalog seems ridiculous now. I think Mike Ness looks like a douche through grown up eyes.
mountain bed
Don't hate Cream, but that stuff has been pretty much played out for me, whereas his solo output is just... blech.Cream's live stuff will never get old for me. Clapton was never better. It's sad, really - to be going downhill before you even hit 30.

PopTodd
i have to go with matthew sweet - godawfuk and putting my paltry cred on the site on the line, while projecting all blame and responsibility on an ex girffriend.....I had an ex who was obsessed with XTC. Had to take a break from them. But when a band is all that awesome, you gotta come back to them. Those who know me from this site know my feelings for XTC (love 'em).Go back to that record soon. You may love it again.
Shug
Yeah, Coldplay. They are so bad now I'm embarrassed to admit I liked them at one time. Their early stuff had, at times, a cool spaciness that I dug and they wrote some good sensitive, sincere emotional songs which I enjoyed. I don't know how to articulate what I dislike so much about them now, but I can't stand them.
