kidsmoke
This is great, and I spotted a VC'er in here!
Magnetized
Ah yes, me and my new BFF Sue yukking it up at 3:15. Not exactly my 15 minutes of fame, but certainly a little thrill! Actually Deb Hickey (dmhphoto) made it in there too--and the bitch got more screen time than me.
The High Heat
Nice! Executive producer, Ashton Kutcher. He and Glenn look like they could be brothers, or at least cousins.

Executive producer, Ashton Kutcher. He and Glenn look like they could be brothers, or at least cousins. Actually I've seen Glenn's cousin, and he looked nothing like Ashton Kutcher. As tall as Glenn though, maybe taller.

Magnetized
Haha--no, I think you've got the wrong idea about my gender and age group! I'm the rather . . . ummm. . . "mature" woman with a streak of blonde hair, in profile, doubled over in laughter talking to Sue Tweedy at 3:15. Deb is a few seconds later, at 3:22, wearing a black and white hat and rust colored scarf.
mus2009
What song is Jeff playing around with around the 2:10 mark? It switches from backstage to the concert footage until 2:40 or so
Magnetized
That was an obscure unreleased Uncle Tupelo song called Wherever, requested by another VCer who's also a taper. I think it was the second night of the two shows at the Vic, so 3/31/12. You can hear it at www.sooutoftune.org, along with Jeff's comments and interplay with the requester. I had never heard the song before but I liked it--it has a few killer lines.
Analogman
You can find that song on the Anodyne re-issue. "Stay True"* (Farrar) – 3:29 "Wherever"* (Tweedy) – 3:38 "Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way?"* (Jennings) – 3:01 "Truck Drivin' Man (Live)" (Fell) – 2:13 "Suzy Q (Live)" (Hawkins/Lewis/Broadwater) – 7:
mus2009
Ah thanks, never heard it. Love the ending.

Griddles
Is this old? Some parts feel strangely familiar. Or were parts used in other things before?

dmhphoto
I just thank god that they didn't use my audio. I was just rambling and rambling and not making any sense. The cameraman just smiled and was likeokay crazy lady. That was a great event at the Vic. If you haven't been to those shows, you must go. It is truly a blast.
