Jeff Tweedy Documentary

Ah yes, me and my new BFF Sue yukking it up at 3:15. Not exactly my 15 minutes of fame, but certainly a little thrill!  :blush

Actually Deb Hickey (dmhphoto) made it in there too--and the bitch got more screen time than me.  :realmad

Oh! I knew that face looked familiar but I couldn't quite place it! Hi Deb!

Nice!

Executive producer, Ashton Kutcher. He and Glenn look like they could be brothers, or at least cousins.

Actually I've seen Glenn's cousin, and he looked nothing like Ashton Kutcher. As tall as Glenn though, maybe taller.

Haha--no, I think you've got the wrong idea about my gender and age group!  :lol

I'm the rather . . . ummm. . . "mature" woman with a streak of blonde hair, in profile, doubled over in laughter talking to Sue Tweedy at 3:15. Deb is a few seconds later, at 3:22, wearing a black and white hat and rust colored scarf.

That was an obscure unreleased Uncle Tupelo song called Wherever, requested by another VCer who's also a taper. I think it was the second night of the two shows at the Vic, so 3/31/12. You can hear it at www.sooutoftune.org, along with Jeff's comments and interplay with the requester.

I had never heard the song before but I liked it--it has a few killer lines.

You can find that song on the Anodyne re-issue.

I just thank god that they didn't use my audio.  I was just rambling and rambling and not making any sense.  The cameraman just smiled and was like

okay crazy lady.  That was a great event at the Vic.  If you haven't been to those shows, you must go.  It is truly a blast.
