I figured they probably had. It's interesting that they would have left it off the record after having played it on TV (was that on Conan?), but maybe not all that surprising.

My guess is that it simply didn't make the cut, if it was even recorded during those sessions. Doesn't bother me too much ... I wasn't all that impressed with it, and I'm not sure how well it would have fit.
