I think when a QB throws an excellent should-be-caught pass, and his receiver bumbles the F out of the catch, and the result is an interception, that the interception should be charged to the receiver, not the QB.

he has played it in a variety of capo settings (and strummings, for that matter), but most often (from the shows I have at least), he's playing it capo 2, in the C, G, F chord formation.

you would need to look at each contract as to the deposits, although considering how far off the date is, you might have a good shot at recouping some of those deposits if you made a big enough stink about it--logic being that those deposits really aren't justifiable damages since the vendors could find alternate gigs on such a distant date. I'd be happy to help in any way I can from down here in the Rick Perry state.
