he has played it in a variety of capo settings (and strummings, for that matter), but most often (from the shows I have at least), he's playing it capo 2, in the C, G, F chord formation.

One of the most difficult things for me to get my head around is how supporting a federal (or local, for that matter) ban on gay marriage can be touted as a "conservative" value. That's up there with some of the most private things a government could stick its nose into...

you would need to look at each contract as to the deposits, although considering how far off the date is, you might have a good shot at recouping some of those deposits if you made a big enough stink about it--logic being that those deposits really aren't justifiable damages since the vendors could find alternate gigs on such a distant date. I'd be happy to help in any way I can from down here in the Rick Perry state.
