There used to be one on Washtenaw in Ypsi near the Whirly Ball. I don't think either of those places are there anymore so I am dating myself. I seem to remember burgers were $0.25 at Hot N Now or something obscene like that. Back in the old days. Like in 1994 or something.

So, I am in a band, if you could call it that with a buddy of mine. He is a drummer and I am a guitarist, if you could call it that. For a variety of reasons mostly related to the fact that none of our friends play instruments, we are stuck with just the two of us. Without a second guitar or bass player, I find that the sound we get (while often full) is sometimes empty. Cool thanks. Was the show acoustic? Electric? Combo? How did they handle requests? People shouted them from the crowd or they had a line set up with a mic? (that was how they did it when I saw them do it a couple of months ago but it was a much smaller venue than the place they are playing in Brooklyn tonight).

As a general matter, I have a feeling that most people would feel the reverse is true. I was so much older then. I'm younger than that now. I certainly laugh when I think of myself at 20.

Couldn't disagree more. How many HOF voters on the fence swing to "no" if Bonds is convicted here? He at least had a shot when there was still a shadow of a doubt. People could say that he was innocent until proven otherwise.
