you have to have quicktime, but to get to the tracks you have to actually look at the actual files on the DVD. Shouldn't be that hard to find, its under like "Extras" or "Bonus Tracks". Just click that file, and itll bring up a quicktime interface for downloading the tracks.

its a standard mpeg4 file. many music players will play that format, you'll have to check to see if yours will. But its just a music file. (with album art and track selection, if you open it with the right software)

out of those, Departed would get my vote, but I agree that Pan's Labyrinth and Children of Men should be up there, and I'd probably vote for Children of Men.
