i've only been through the new calexico maybe once & enjoyed it. the first album of theirs i heard was the last one & i love that. it's taking me a while to get into the mariachi/rock style though.

huh, i don't hear any resemblances to damien rice. luckily, i don't like him one bit.

i love steely dan. when i was growing up my mom would always play donald fagen 'nightfly'. as i got older i discovered he was in steely dan so i checked out their stuff & fell in love!

random stuff but right now: ted leo - la costa brava. this is close to his best song ever recorded

if you've never been outside on a cold winter day, you won't like this. well, that might be a bit extreme

we chose sparkle & shine for our first song & now are trying to decide the parents song too moe. i'm having a fun time organizing the songs for our gift cd.
