Is "star pitcher" K-Rod going to blow the series for the Angels? He just walked Lowell to load the bases... edit: never mind, the dude flew out to right, they live another inning, at least.

He's developing quite well, actually, it's been pretty awesome to see him play. Next week shouldn't be too bad vs. Purdue, but we'll see...

setlist for Columbus: The Promised Land The Ghost of Tom Joad Thunder Road Youngstown No Surrender The Rising This Land is Your Land Very subdued affair, I'm pretty sure I was the only one going ballistic when he started Thunder Road... -
This is definitely more like Eggs-esque in its production, both were good but I like this direction. edit: Now that I think about it, this direction is kinda swingy. I like it.

I'm 1000% certain the Angels are allergic to October-era Red Sox.

This game is awesome. Just beat it with Michelle Obama. Basically I just sit there and block until I can uppercut safely. Simplest strategy to win. Of course, I was just fooling around and Huckabee is awesome in the game. The projectile is like Scorpion's thingy; it pulls the opponent in. So land the projectile, pull them in, land a small hit or two then your running power hit thing and voila, a lot of damage. -

Is it plausible to call the Cubs the "Scrubs?" The Dodgers are hot right now and I think they have a good shot of winning the whole shindig.

I'll be at the OSU show Assuming I don't have to work. Maybe I'll push my hours off to someone else. -
Yeah, there's no chance the ChiSox will make it out of the ALDS vs. the Rays. Outmanned pretty much in every way, except in the "We have Ken Griffey Jr. way," which really doesn't mean much anymore. Iwamura walked to load the bases, Upton up to bat, according to GameCast.

#1 should really be the Lion King, and that's really all that matters.

I just saw it online. Overall it was more of a plot-esque episode, but there were some classic moments, like Kevin: "Do you really think I'm retarded?" In agreement with others, the hour-long length makes the funnies happen less often in an episode, making the plot points in between really boring, but there's not a lot one can do about it.

There were definitely overdubbed parts in the Last Waltz. Just watch the beginning of the Weight, and you can totally tell what Robbie is playing to your ears is definitely not what's playing on the guitar. So what if it's not perfect? It's a live concert, deal with it. There still an energy there regardless of whether or not it's right or out of tune, and it simply can't be replicated in the studio with overdubs and junk. That's why I have never liked the Last Waltz. I love the Band to pieces but the Last Waltz is a damn travesty to their legacy. But that's my two cents, I'm sure a lo

That's fucked up, not gonna lie. Will be nice to see the Dukies get more than, like, 2 wins this season, though.

Ron Paul is the only Republican (though he's really Libertarian) that I will take somewhat seriously. I really respect the man, he has, at least, some semblance of a moral compass. I do agree with it, for the most part, but I'm of the opinion that the government needs to provide services to its citizens, hence it needs to be somewhat large, though I do agree there's too much wasteful spending (i.e. military-industrial complex). -
This is a greater grievance than the Clemens snub. Not surprised though, everyone knows Steinbrenner is a world-class dickweed who refuses to acknowledge anyone who does anything good for him.

To be honest, I'm not too worried about Minnesota, mostly because their 4-0 record is pretty much vs. scrubs anyways. However, this may just be because I remember Minnesota last year was like 1-12 or something...very Dolphins-esque. Haven't actually seen any tape of Minnesota this year, but I feel kinda good, especially because Pryor is doing pretty well. I mean, he threw a pass longer than 10 yards last game, that's gotta mean something, right?
