I used to be all into the blink-182 stuff and I'm not anymore, but this is terrible news. He is one of the most technically proficient drummers to be around today, and quite possibly one of the best technically, period. Vibes to him and DJ AM for some speedy recoveries.

For all intents and purposes, as solely an album listener I don't think the Genius is very genius, if you catch my drift.

Maybe I didn't really explain it enough, but I'm all for science, and you know, science obseletes religion in many aspects, but science is always going to be more of a "how" thing (hence I quoted EL) than a "why" thing. Precisely. I feel the same way too. Without a God (or Dude, if you so choose) everything becomes entirely random and chaotic. Everything loses its meaning, and life is then entirely meaningless, and I honestly can't (won't, whatever) accept that, because that means nothing I do matters, really, and that's fucking dumb, and I won't stand for it.
