  1. I've been going through a lot of them and it seems like Purple Chick takes some strange turns, like, for example, moving my favorite track on Sgt. Pepper (She's Leaving Home) and moves it up a whole half step from the CD reissue. Why? The other dude doesn't seem to have done a lot though.
  2. Why is the sample track on the RS site so slow the song is down a key?
  3. For the record, that is precisely the point. You will know when you know.
  4. Gas is an inelastic good (meaning, we all need it to get by for one reason or another). They can set the price with minimal impact on demand.
  5. Notes: -Giii is supposed to be...I believe it's something like F#dim or something, it's played like this: x01212. -I would also write your Emmaj7 as Em/D# (even though technically the D# is not on the bottom, it seems cleaner to write it as thus). -Your D7/f#s can be eliminated. I don't hear them at all personally, but it is ok. To be honest, look at D7: xx0212. The F#dim or whatever is x01212, so the difference is marginal and so I think it can be eliminated. As far as I can remember I have not played a D7/f# at all when playing this. -I play the D-G Riff first part like this, I think
  6. I have...plans. But I'm at work, so no puedo.
  7. Does Stones - Sister Morphine count? On the most technical level you could have a sister named Morphine... Iron & Wine - Jezebel
  8. OKC In Rainbows Kid A Bends/Thief Haven't been able to locate a copy of Amnesiac =\, and I won't ever try to listen Pablo Honey, to be truthfully honest.
  9. Also, I tend to think that the A that is played leaves the 5th string open so it sounds as Asus2: 020100...with more open strings it sounds cooler.
  10. The one on the Tour EP is pretty good, but I recall the one from one of the Denver Fillmore nights was my favorite...but honestly they're all pretty good so it's slightly besides to point to argue about it.
  11. Very, very sorry for your loss, I can't imagine what it'd be like to lose a sibling.
  12. I'm happy with the way the Browns drafted - even though it would have been much better if we had drafted a CB or a backup RB in the later rounds. I guess on RB they think they can wait for Beanie Wells? Should be interesting what they do next year.
  13. Shostakovich's 8th String Quartet is the best there ever has been.
  14. Hope he enjoys retirement. Good drummer. But the article just reasserts Noel Gallagher's status as a total douchebag.
  15. Why can't they get Dave Chappelle? I would religiously watch the show if he got the job.
  16. Because they cling to their religion and guns? I agree wholeheartedly, but if you ask one of them they'll probably bring that trite crap up.
  17. I feel blasphemous for spewing out this music blasphemy with the thread in this current state, but: The Last Waltz is, quite frankly, a subpar Band performance. Evidence? There's a buttload of overdubbing. Disappointing.
  18. M.I.A. Kanye West circa College Dropout and Late Registration...Graduation is meh. These are pretty good too. Not as good as the old stuff, but it's decent. In my opinion.
