Hell is Chrome, Handshake Drugs, Muzzle of Bees, and then near the end Magazine Called Sunset, along with all the others, made this most memorable show since first time seeing Springsteen in 1978!!

The ragamuffiin gunner is returnin' home like a hungry runaway He walks through town all alone He must be from the fort he hears the high school girls say His countryside's burnin' with wolfman fairies dressed in drag for homicide The hit and run, plead sanctuary, 'neath a holy stone they hide They're breakin' beams and crosses with a spastic's reelin' perfection nuns run bald through Vatican halls pregnant, pleadin' immaculate conception And everybody's wrecked on Main Street from drinking unholy blood Sticker smiles sweet as gunner breathes deep, his ankles caked in mud And I said, "Hey, gun

Thanks for the nice review but especially for the youtube link on SBS (brings back memories of that show), fast becoming my favorite cut.

9:50 am, Atlanta radio station Dave FM, 91.9, played What Light. First time I've ever heard Wilco on mainstream radio and nearly fell out of bed! I agree, this one could be quite popular.

I have to admit that I completely missed the boat on UT until after discovering Wilco in 2003 or so. I really do feel my life would be quite different if I discovered UT in 90s.

UT is, IMHO, one of the best American bands ever. Period. But real importance is preparing Jeff for Wilco...
