just got this album earlier today... with the exception of track 3, i really like this stuff. I am on my fourth listen (running many errands in the car). it was pretty weird, cos i was walking (all by myself) around with my earbuds in, got into the truck, and up popped son volt on the car audio. how's that for jay vs. jeff?

yeah, me too, but then i hear how people get into his music by hearing one of his songs, or anybody's songs, on a commercial and it becomes alright for me.

also, handshake drugs and less than you think. there may be others. a version of handshake was included on the more like the moon ep which was available as a d/l to those who purchased yhf. i heard less than you think at a show i d/l from the ryman in march 2002, which may be considered yhf-era. i'm sure there are others with more knowledge than i...
