Wow! A fantastically happy birthday to you both! :birthday :birthday

I bet this is actually what I've seen in texts.
-
They even excerpt that one in College Lit texts. He's good stuff. This looks intriguing. I think I'll snag a copy.

Definitely a fantastic song. One of those that grabs you from the get go and holds on...then when it ends, you play it again. Timeless awesomeness.

I move the shower head so that it is aimed away.

But the pee doesn't touch the shower or tub! It does touch the toilet. It's not the same. Relax people...just ask R. Kelly, it's no big deal, baby!
-
It's really not! I think the gross factor really depends on the kind of shower and drain you've got and the distance to the toilet and all of that. There's no need to get water all over the floor while walking to the toilet if the drain in the shower is the big open sort. For example, this kind would not be okay to pee in for me because there would inevitably be some splashing back or getting around your feet and stuff (and that is gross): This kind would be okay because the pee would never really come into contact with anything if you aim well: I swear I'm not as gross and unsanitary

I've had mine wrapped and under the tree since way back before Christmas...I put a lot of thought into the gift and everything, then I had to go and screw up the going to the post office part. I really am going to send it tomorrow though and I'm even going to throw a bunch of bonus stuff in there to make it worth the wait!

It'd be gross if you were spraying it all over the place but if it just goes straight down the drain, I see nothing wrong with it. You've just got to have mad aim skills.

I stole this from another forum, it's just so appropriate here:

This is totally fake, right?

This was a big stand-out point for me too. My enjoyment of the movie is, for the most part, hinged on the moment Javier speaks that line. Outstanding.

Wow. This is awesome.

Congrats. Being covered is a pretty cool feeling, I'd imagine. -
Also, handmade cards are good too. We're both a little crafty with paper and glue, so we get creative in that area. A couple of years ago, he designed me a messenger bag...found a pattern, went and picked out some cute furry material and had a seamstress friend put it together, then hand stitched a heart on it himself. That was a definite stand-out gift. Anything that takes more effort than just waltzing into a store and throwing down some dough is always cooler for me.

We treat it like birthdays or Christmas and just exchange the same kinds of gifts we'd do for those (records or books, usually) instead of trying for some kind of hearts and flowers romantic theme but I do usually get flowers also. ...and it's always a good time to listen to the Dead Milkmen's "If You Love Somebody, Set Them on Fire"

Jesus! WTF? This is happening way too much. Makin' me sad.

Is this the, "My sunglasses are famous." guy? -
Howdy Jesus! If you're up to answering some questions...am I going to burn for thinking those thoughts about Richard Dawkins?
-
I'm getting a bit of a crush on Dawkins.

Not sure whether he might have been mentioned earlier in the thread where a photo has de-linked, but watching "Be Here to Love Me" recently provided me with a new RSBF:
