  1. I have experience with both. I sugguest to go with a flat fee service but it all depends on how much time you or what to spend. You can save thousands of dollars with a little work on your side. I think listing it on the MLS is key. I just sold my place using a flat fee realty service. You pay a flat fee of about $300 to get your place listed on the MLS and pretty much all the major sites. Alot offer info throughout the whole process. Then you set a commission to the buyer's agent at 2 or 2.5 percent. You still have the option of selling by owner also and paying no commission. The pa
  2. I was there sat and sun. Overall, sound wasn't good unless you were straight foward and close. Matt & Kim had lots of energy, I liked. Most of the music was new to me and not much got my attention. The Lips were cool and a nice ending to the fest.

  7. Yeah, not a bad album. Although when it comes to phish fans much like the Dead fans, its about the live shows. The studio album never quite captures the feeling of their shows. You have to like jammin' cause they do that alot.

  12. Yeah thats the best part, you dont have to spend hundreds to get these on vinyl now. The originals will probably be collectibles for people who want to have them, I think AM was red with clear cover which makes it different also but I dont think the prices will stay as high for them once re-issues are out there. Although I doubt the original release was on 180-gram.
  13. those are my thoughts when I watched the trailer. Reading books just makes movies suck.
  14. My current is the Technics SL-BD20D. I bought it long time ago and feel its probably in the low end of things. I think I should see a great improvement with the Project 3. Thanks for the info.

  18. I guess if you see things in a short term perspective. Anyone can borrow money and say things will be good for awhile and it will be, but the day will come when the money is due. What about our massively growing national debt and budget deficit?
  19. hahahaha... thats a funny one. Budget deficit forecast just went up by $89 Billion this year. Hmmm... I guess 2 billion is a just a blip anyways.
  20. Good idea to spend money on space stations when our economy is falling apart.
  21. Ahh fooey!!! Cant wait for the new album.
  22. Some people might think Eddie VanHalen is the greatest ever. Its all subjective like you said. I think I can argue that Eddie is probably ojectively one of the most influencial guitarists ever though.
