i loved m ward's performance. i was excited for okkervil river as well but did not enjoy it at all. all of the shouting reminded me of modest mouse (and not in a good way).

chuck cecil is no jim schwartz and looks at times out of his league (donnie). haynesworth is gone, harper, bulluck and vandenbosch are playing much older, finnegan is hurt, and michael griffin is "working on blocking out off the field issues." in short, the defense is terrible. a strong, physical defense is key for fisherball. the owner has forced fisher to start young. i hope it works but cannot see it resulting in anything more than 5 wins. i suppose they could possibly beat a jax team that lost 41-0 to the seahawks, but i do not plan on taking this bag off anytime soon.
