I love that album! I especially love every album Joe Henry put out since Trampoline. Do you know there's a new one to be released in September? It's called Civilians. I won't miss it, for sure!

To me, Mass Romantic (punchy and colorful, it rocks) and Twin Cinema (refined and mind-blowing) are both close to masterpieces, whereas Electric Version is pretty weak (like a milky version of Mass Romantic).

I have two favorite Outlaw country singer-songwriters : Billy Joe Shaver and Steve Young. My favorite album of the latter is Renegade Picker.

I was going to ask the same question I enjoyed If It Was You but didn't like So Jealous now playing: maybe my favorite Roxy Music album...

Totally agreed. The sound of this album kicks the previous trilogy's ass, in my opinion It's as wild and real as you get. A masterpiece of country music. And Nashville Skyline is brilliant, too.

Just to contribute to the thread a bit... ...let me say I found Chaos pretty boring, if you except "Jenny Wren" that rules nicely, but it's the kind of stuff he did for years already (and better, to boot).
