A couple questions: 1. am I reading those weirdo URLs correctly? Is there a legit resource I can buy that will tell me if my uncle is credited on various tunes? 2. where would YOU look if you were trying to find out who played bass on off-the-beaten-path trucker albums? I already plan to spend a weekend rolling through the DC-Baltimore area record stores in a manual search, so I'm talking more about is there an almanac of copyrighted songs, or a book I can buy, or something? I'd search here:http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&searchlink=DAVE|DUDLEY&sql=11:fifoxql5ldae~T2 L

Residency night 5 webcast up in the Roadcase!
howdjadoo replied to Col. Hapablap's topic in Just A Fan
Streams are mostly"Shure Stream"@96 or 128 at best . No matter how you record it thru your soundcard(Wave settings etc )So Flacs made out of a webcast are always transcodes. This is from what Oink had to say about it: Radio, television, web rips and podcasts are not allowed. It does not matter whether it's FM, direct satellite, internet or even if it's a pre-broadcast tape (too difficult for us to moderate such things). Radio does not have enough bandwidth to meet our 192kbps rule. Plus, anything on the radio has already been through several conversions/reencodes. Quite a few items on Owl's -
I'm more interested in finding out who the buggery-fuck that is who's pretending to be Pete Townsend!

Springsteen: "The Coca Cola Promo " The Beatles - 1968 - Primal Colours (Unreleased Album) This is a fascinating piece. An intended album release from 1968, which was pulled at the last minute. Back In The U.S.S.R. 03. A Case of The Blues 04. Blackbird 05. Piggies 06. Birthday 07. Yer Blues 08. Mother Natures Son 09. Everybody's Got Something To Hide Except Me And My Monkey 10. Child Of Nature
