that's good to hear. I'm not headed 'home' after traveling in for the shows... so I hope to stock up via online! and signed by the artist is an added draw... they look great!

they sold out of last night's poster.... the guy in front of me got the last one off the wall. any chance they're will be more avail in shop? or more at tonight's show?

I'm up for the late lunch on Friday. hope we get a group VCers! I'm only there for the Friday and Saturday shows... back to the grind (a shoot in florida!) and starting the countdown for the Houston show.

I'm coming in solo for the friday and saturday night shows. so excited. I'm hoping to do some touristy stuff. can one eat an entire deep dish pizza by themselves? I probably could use some help there. so looking for and welcome any recommendations, invitations, meet-ups, somebody to shiver with in line, etc. commuting from the rock'n'roll days inn.

awwww. starting to get super-psyched! and starting to freak out about stupid stuff like plane not getting me there!

this has worked out perfectly... traveling to Texas for SxSW. Wilco in Houston on Friday. and just got tickets for MMJ on Monday in Houston. and a friend got row BB for Radio City. the future looks bright!

as much as I enjoyed reading it all, that was my initial hope as well. I pictured it to be like 'It's A Small World" where you ride by a Jay Bennett smoking and jumping up and down and see a grinning Dave Fricke waving at you. and lots of little children singing California Stars. I came to wilco, via son volt first. then uncle tupelo... then wilco. kind of strange I know. and I'm going to now headphone YHF because of this thread.

putting this back on top... and looking for some more advice. need a friday-saturday room for the residency shows. while price is a definitely consideration, looking for any advice on these criteria (coming in solo from nyc): 1. ease to the venue 2. chicago history/cool
