  1. I have not seen anything about this show, but just picked up my shirt at Red Rocks and all the summer tour dates are listed on the back and it lists this show right after the two Brooklyn Shows.
  2. totally psyched as well. It's been six months since Lincoln Hall in December so can't wait for back to back nights of Wilco. Also flying in from New York and havent been to Red Rocks since 1987 so anxious to see that place again. Back to back July nights in Brooklyn a bit more convenient but Red Rocks is the place.
  3. Have 2 extra GA tickets for June 22nd and June 23rd at Red Rocks as friends can't make it with us. Selling each pair on this board for $70. Thanks.
  4. My wife and I will be flying in from New York. We have not seen the band since December in Chicago so have the itch real bad. This will be a special trip since i have not been to a show at Red Rocks in 25 years since the Grateful Dead August 11, 12, and 13, 1987.
  5. Someone needs to post the full setlist. Incredible show tonight. started with Sunken Treasure and Wishful Thinking. Ended wih Dreamer in my Dreams and encore that included Kingpin and ELT. Also played Too Far Apart and Shouldnt Have to be Ashamed, Either Way, Ashes, Im Always in Live, War on War, Conmpany in My Back, Hummingbird and of course many more, including happy 16th birthday to spencer. Tiny venue.
  6. Here is my son at 17 playing all instruments and doing all vocals on his cover of You Never Know. He is not the Wilco fan i am, but knows how to play and you can see that even on a song he doesnt really know well. http://soundcloud.com/sfjldj/13-you-never-know
  7. woo is right, totally pysched as i was able to get two tickets right at the stroke of 10 central. Will by far be the smallest venue for me seeing Wilco and less than half the capacity of Letterman Theater. Capacity at Bowery Ballroom is about 550 so sounds like Lincoln is a bit smaller than where Tweedy played last December. Oh, and it's a Chicago hometown show for a great cause. Can't wait.
  8. Always good to keep checking for canceled credit cards. i got super lucky this time, unlike for the vic, and got in at stroke of 10 and able to pull tickets. After 25 wilco shows from radio city in nyc 2004 through the ryman in 2011, i am still a Chicago show Virgin so very pysched.
  9. sorry folks are bailing on the show. solid sound might have been wet but the music was great. i think the boys will put on an extra long solid set tonight given the sorry state of the weather. got my poncho and looking forward to it as i expect close to 10 songs to be played tonight not played last night. love the back to back shows in the same venue for that reason. at least they have fake grass carpet so should not be a mud fest.
  10. I'm A Wheel for second encore. still tight 10:30 curfew, but a great show..
  11. Really fun show night one at Massey Hall. Someone needs to post the setlist as i wasnt keeping track. Tight 10:30 curfew made for a bit too short of a show starting as they did a bit after 830. I thought the band sounded really good and had never been to Massey Hall, a beautiful old venue with great sound. Nick Lowe played a really nice solo acoustic set similar to what i read of the 9/13 show and also did Alison. During the Wilco set the first encore as i recall was the Late Greats and Jeff sang the greatest singer had to be nick lowe instead of romeo. songs from tonight i remember in no orde
  12. Dan. I can cover you for Friday 9/23 as i did for Jeff at Bowery last December.
  13. Here is a link to some of the photos i took on 2/24 from up front. Always a blast to take photos fo wilco with all the guitar changes, though i prefer the natural lighting of outdoor festival shows. enjoy: share.shutterfly.com/action/welcome?sid=8AcuHLVy0atmYM
