  1. Hey now Louie -- I wasn't jumping into your spat with Bleedorange. I was simply pointing out that their cover of the Dylan tune is well done. I posted it because I enjoy it.
  2. That one is next. After hearing Via Chicago on KT, I decided it's time to indulge in the dark poetry and sunny beauty of Summerteeth.
  3. I decided to put Kicking Television back in rotation in my car this week. It was a good decision.
  4. They do a pretty amazing cover of Dylan's "I Dreamed I Saw St. Augustine."
  5. Check the lyrics and tabs thread: http://viachicago.org/forum/8-lyrics-and-tabs/
  6. Abbey and Sarge were spayed and neutered on Monday. Abbey also had SEVEN deciduous (baby) teeth extracted that hadn't yet fallen out, and the adult teeth were growing on top of them, throwing her bite alignment all out of whack. As if wearing the cone of shame weren't bad enough, they're both in a haze of doggy painkillers and anti-inflammatory meds. This makes for plenty of those endearingly awkward moments when we're laughing at them as they collide with the cupboards...
  7. My pups, Sgt. Pepper and Abbey Road, are a little upset with their papa right now.
  8. Nice to see someone else around here listening to Ben Harper. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one.
  9. Spinner can be very hit-or-miss with their selections, but it's always good to check. It's been more than five minutes, though -- let's hear the review.
  10. It's on Spinner this week: http://music.aol.com/new-releases-full-cds/spinner#/1
  11. Streaming on Spinner this week: http://music.aol.com/new-releases-full-cds/spinner#/1
  12. That was in "Learning How to Die," which features a pretty detailed look into that record.
  13. Second that. No Depression was my first UT record, and I didn't really care for it. March 16-20 is what kept me in the game.
