Let's see some MidBest shows!
-
very cool...
-
Don't worry, our Packers are a hurting unit...although, I believe Clay Matthews is coming back this week just in time to roll Favre's ankle then make fun of his croc's. If we win Sunday night, I'll be looking at the remainder of the season with hope.

Yer all a bunch of baldists...
-
If you prefer a better version to the one above... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDa8t3sCXis
-
Mad Men will have me humming/air drumming all day...
-
Speaking of their "upgraded" web thing, I used to enjoy the juvenile and sometimes blatantly violent/aggressive comment sections for posted stories...now, those sections don;t work half of the time. It's going to be hard to retain or obtain readership when your new media sucks arse.
-
NOTE: It seems all of RS standards have lowered...the link to the Farm-Aid photos hasn't worked since the post was made...
-
Sure not to be my last, I'll guarantee you that.
-
Yes, I would expect that RS holds some standard of journalistic practice...this is just plain lazy - I'm looking at both the writer AND editors.

From Rollingstone.com: "The dreary day, with temperatures in the forties and steady rain coming down, caused organizers to close the dome's retractable roof, but the sun finally peeked through the windows when Jeff Tweedy hit the stage. With an acoustic guitar and harmonica rack, Tweedy ran through "Out of Tune," "I'll Go" and "I'm the Man Who Loves You," which he dedicated to his wife, Sue Miller." Uhh...not a Wilco fan, eh?
-
Then: You Are Not Alone I'm The Man Who Loves You (dedicated to his wife...as I believe he usually does) Jeff sounded great...looked a little worn, but it was good to get a small snippet of Jeff solo.
-
Still not coming up for me...What do I do? Oh, that's right...look up porn.
-
I emailed the info@farmaid.org email and as of now, no set times are available...just that the big four will play last...
-
I Might as well have some gear geek topics too..

Man...I love listening to gear-heads. -
Thanks Ryan/Muzzle Of Bees!! I will get to it when I get home...looking forward to hearing what The Daredevil Christopher Wright did with "In A Future Age"
-
I was commenting more on the fact that I wasn't a fan of the ad... Not only do I not like NickleKroeger, but neither does Portugal:

From Farm-Aid's Facebook page: We're excited to announce additions to this year's concert in Milwaukee! Gibson is really loosing credibility in my book, and seemingly every poster regarding this topic. The Dave Navarro signature Epiphione is weird and frankly, a bit creepy...but, how many jokers can this company give signature guitars to? Does it end? Having a signature guitar, no matter the brand, always seemed like an esteemed honor for a truly great, inspiring musician. What the hell? Plus, there is even a contest to name the Nicklekroeger new guitar...my entry, "The Douche"
-
GEEZ! I nearly shit when I saw Grace Jones...the combo of the get-up and her stink-eye made my soul shudder.
-
It would've been a great show to see...can't afford it. Neil sifted me out. The artist/promoter, whoever, sets the bar for ticket prices. If the artist wants to raise that bar further, fine, be a douche. And those who actually pay that price, fine be a douche. What if Wilco did that same? You know what? I would probably be a douche.
-
I did. I had a great idea but needed to enlist the help of others...and all others failed me. So I found a Wilco-y/Summer-y photo from my archives, yes, archives.
-
Very cool...thanks for the post...you think Tweedy is actually working on his abs?
-
I don't get too uncomfortable with the back right pocket...unless, for some reason, my wallet or pants/shorts are a little moist or wet...then it gets a little weird. Also, whenever I'm bored and I have done all I can do with my phone, I clean out my wallet...so it's pretty thin, therefore, comfortable to sit on. My brother, on the other hand, has a thick wallet that he refuses to sit on for more than 5 minutes, a la Costanza. Is this poll for anything other than VC opinion?
