there isn't much for me to add since everyone has said it all. it was great to see everyone i've met over the years & meet some new folks. i will never forget the group sing a long during someday soon that surprised the surrounding crowd or how our group sang loudly the first verse of via chicago to scare the dude in front of us (the look on his face was PRICELESS!!!). oh, and the saturday night dance party? hells yes! i'm ready to do it again! see you next year for sure.

i hope the national gets an aftershow set somewhere since they played lolla a few years ago. i was hoping for a real show & really don't want to go to minneapolis to see them

laminated cat, all the summerteeth songs & wishful thinking were highlights for me! of course, thank you friends had me in tears. i knew that they had been playing it & i told my mom ahead of time that i would probably cry. she said she'd was looking forward to seeing that since it was rare for her to see me cry! weird one she is!

it was pretty snazzy! especially from your seats, lol. it's way nicer then the fox in st. louis. i really enjoyed the lighting @ the show & even remarked that i had never really paid attention or remembered wilco even having something like that as part of their shows, the exception being one year @ the auditorium theater in chicago. i think it was before mikael was really in the band & he was doing it. but i could be totally wrong about that. the stripped down part of the show was just awesome. and standing next to my mom who was singing & dancing along to a bunch of the songs wa

for sure! she's pretty excited & was so proud of herself when she got them ( i thought they were sold out). and that they will be playing so many songs she knows (i think she's up to 4 or 5 albums on her own now!) so it won't be a drag.

i didn't read the whole thread yet, but my mom was able to score 2 tix for us this morning by going down to the box office.

this happened to me in march of this year. 4 days in the hospital to stabilize my blood sugar. now i have the pleasure of injecting 2 types of insulin up to 4 times a day & have to test myself all the time. i work 24 hours a week & i have no insurance. fun stuff huh! however, the clinic that i go to is extremely knowledgeable in patient assistance programs (not to mention that i don't pay for the lab work for the tests) & since i fit into a certain income bracket, the hospital wrote off the entire stay, including a visit with a nutritionist and a diabetic educator (twice even). b

i love his movies. spirited away is one of my favorites & i'm glad i was able to see it in the theater. howl's moving castle was also really good. princess roanoke while excellent as well, creeped the hell out of me!
