I don't really have much interest in that sort of music.

I have all the Rhino re-issues. They have since did some of the albums as Deluxe Editions. The first Monkees album I ever got was a Greatest Hits that came out in 1976 by way of Arista/RCA Records. I also have an album called "The Monkees - Monkeemania/40 Timeless Hits" that I got in 1979. It was actually from Australia. I don't recall how or where I got it though.

I like this one: She Hangs Out (the multi-coloured room version)
-
I meant - there is more good stuff after that video is over.
-
That leads to a bunch of videos from the December Madison Square Garden shows.
-
Someone is also re-seeding the 1997 Furthur shows on bt.etree.org. I have not listened to By Your Side in years and years. I actually put on Lions the other day. It's funny to see a download card in the cd case. I had to idea what that was about at the time.

That's a great Free song. I may have to check out that show.

From looking at his website, I'd say he was a pretty good dude. And, uh, I'd like a glass of cold gravy with a hair in it, please. I've been into The Monkees since 1976. I still listen to them to this very day. Some of my favorite Davy songs are: I Wanna Be Free, Look Out (Here Comes Tomorrow), Shades of Grey, She Hangs Out, Star Collector, Someday Man, French Song, and My Share of The Sidewalk. The Monkees: The Day-by-Day Story of the '60s TV Pop Sensation by Andrew Sandoval is a great book to read if you want to know all the details about the records, show, etc.

I have not looked in a while, but it must be out there somewhere. Because of that show, all the BC shows got pulled from bt.etree.org for a time. Their last few albums are about the only new music I have really got into over the past few years.
-
When I was looking at my list, I ran across the show I have from when they were recording at Levon Helm's barn. Too bad it is Mp3 sourced. If I had caught it on bt.etree.org before it was pulled, I could have got the FLACs.

I have 5/25/2005, 8/5/2005. 8/9/2005, and 10/10/2005.

I'll check my list when I get home. I think I have several shows from that tour.

A Branson for hippies and trustafarians.

That was during the time they planned to build a museum/restaurant or whatever it was going to be called Terrapin Station. I think the sales from that cd set were to go towards the cost of the building it. I guess Phil has finally done that on his own.

It's a way different trip than Mermaid Avenue. Old L.A. almost sounds like a R.E.M. song to me. -
And still no track list. I still think the unreleased stuff has to be made up of these tracks: I don't recall seeing Wilco do any press about this box set.
-
That's the sound I like - Les Paul/SG/Strat.
-
Yes - that is why I mostly stick to getting books for my Nook by way of my public library online. Although - that can be a frustrating experience sometimes.

I received it as a Christmas present a few years ago. I think Jackson states in the beginning that there were things he had to leave out due to space limitations. That is why I was curious about the B-Bender. I'd say Jerry was playing a Strat during those April 71 shows. This is the next show I am going to check out: The Grateful Dead - 12/26/1969.
-
I have the GD gear book - all that info is pretty much in there.
-
I don't recall reading this in the GD Gear Book, but I wonder if Jerry ever used a B-Bender? The stuff on Loser sort of sounds like he is using a B-Bender to me. (Although, I know he is not.)
