  1. That's right. I often forget I was actually in the fanclub for a year.
  2. I forgot about that one. Is that the song Michael plays drums on?
  3. I like the songs You Are Everything, World Leader Pretend, The Wrong Child, Hairshirt, and I Remember California.
  4. Here is what I posted in the other thread: My first thought was it reminded me of four Beach Boys songs: County Fair/Country Air/Busy Doin' Nothin'/Heroes and Villains.
  5. When I first heard the song, I thought of a few BB songs. I posted that in one of those threads about the new album. I think I have read more about Parks than I have actually heard him.
  6. Wilco Considered Splitting 'The Whole Love' Into Two Albums
  7. The photograph was originally used on a 1976 Hustler magazine cover. I like all the Wilco album covers. I'd say A.M. and Being There are my favorites.
  8. Yes - along with Ricky Fataar. He is also on the Holland album. And - The Beach Boys In Concert is a good live album. There are some new tracks on the official Beach Boys Facebook page from the Smile box (Vega-Tables).
  9. Some more Wilco shows up at Wolfgang's Vault: Laguna Seca Raceway (Monterey, CA) May 25, 1996 Justin Herman Plaza (San Francisco, CA) May 31, 1997 And a Jay Bennett show: Daytrotter Studio (Rock Island, IL.) April 9, 2007 There are also some Wilco posters and other stuff in the store.
  10. Some more news by way of U2.com: Achtung Baby: Tracklistings, All Formats
  11. It's on the Carl and The Passions - "So Tough" album. The Smile box is down to 133 now on Amazon. I hope I can get the bread together to buy it.
  12. The page is down at the moment. I think that is due to the redesign of the Wilco website.
  13. Twitter Questions: Nick Mason (video)
  14. The Beatles' Early Recordings with Tony Sheridan to be Reissued It's coming out by way of Time-Life. I wonder how they ended up with the rights? I hope they didn't mess with the sound. Cry for a Shadow - you can't beat that.
  15. That is pretty weird. Although, Greg is a fan of the band - so there you go. Wilco Photos - Atlanta, Georgia
  16. I've been around here for over 9 years, and that is what the best concert reviews I have ever read on here.
  17. I may check there first. I was hoping to pick up the new Jayhawks and the new release of Dark Side of The Moon all at the same time. Supposedly Best Buy has all of them in stock here where I live, but I don't know if believe that. They have went from multiple rows of cds/records in the last year or so to about one or two rows.
  18. You can get some of them by way of The Wilco Archive. As for the tracks you can't find there, just do some searching online. Any of the tracks from the following - you can get from Wilco's official website: Yankee Foxtrot Hotel - More Like The Moon EP A Ghost Is Born - Bonus EP Sky Blue Sky - Bonus EP Although - I think they may be offline at the moment. There is also a thread pinned at the top of this section that may help you out with regards to information (Wilco's Non-album tracks).
  19. I am thinking about picking this up tomorrow at Target. I see it is not listed on their website though. Wilco just put out a Facebook post about the album being available at Target and Barnes and Noble. Of course, Barnes and Noble want too much money for it. So - piss on them.
  20. Nothing wrong with that - it's a good reason to go watch that Super's Ready video again.
  21. Heck - Just get the original releases. I bet you can find them used in various places for not much money.
