What was that show where they played for 7 or 8 hours - amazing.
-
It is useful for something that is out of print - but other than that, I don't see the point.
-
I tell ye - my first thought was the same what Uncle said above. Can you take it back - I'd do that. In case you want to check it out: Here's the search page with threads about turntables.

The support page seems to be down. Sounds like belt slippage me - is it belt driven?

I just saw four girls wearing the scarf she is wearing - must be the new in thing to wear. -
I have my pick of two places - both feature fresh roasted beans - you can't beat that.

Uh, -
That magazine was really nice - full color, posters, etc. I have kept them intact, and they are in good shape.

Most BT sites won't allow them -

Well, I was thinking of you punching me in the throat at that show we were at together. -
I don't think The Beats ever did much work.
-
They quit doing Propoganda, right? I have some issues of that from the Achtung Baby period.
-
Sorry, I just woke from my lunch nap, and realised I was still at work. Some live videos of songs off of the new Dylan's new album.
-
The prices of those cds are not very fan friendly.
-
It's been posted before. I sort of like debate - as long as we don't end up fighting. We mainly just post the same BS here over and over again, year after year anyhow.

A video of the flash fowards in order.

Are you saying this thread has No Direction, period?
-
Me too - that was the first U2 album I ever bought - Under A Blood Red Sky.
-
New Wave, indeed. ha ha ha I heard that Under A Blood Red Sky is going to come out on DVD. I recall wanting one of those coats. A good early U2 song.
-
Oh, I didn't use the g word. I do believe people are born with an intense passion and talent for something.
-
I said some of that in this thread - I think. Also - you can not teach talent, you are either born with it, or not. I think he was born with something special, as were others, John Lennon, Brian Wilson, etc. I know that is not the popular view these days, but after listening to these artists (among others) for almost 30 years, that is my belief.

I've never heard a Cure cd, but the early U2, Springsteen, and early Tom Petty (minus the first two, which were re-mastered a few years ago) sound terrible. But - as you say, it is drag if you already own all of this stuff. At least they have not did an Elvis Costello/David Bowie and re-release their back catalog three or four times - so far anyhow. We've had this talk before, of course.
