  1. Shades of Idiot's Delight/Live At Lunch by Vin Scelsa. Which I use to listen to back in the early days of the internet.
  2. Streaming at NPR: case/lang/veirs
  3. Maybe not (by way of Billboard):
  4. The Mamas and The Papas did a great version of Glad To Be Unhappy. I bought some Gabor Szabo and Chico Hamilton cds a while back. I generally don't listen to such things - but that is some great music.
  5. I was thinking that album was done. I see they are still working on it.
  6. What's the story on those photos from the studio Adam was posting a while back? I could not tell if it was something he was doing - or more U2 recording.
  7. Exactly. That sound is just so great. It's right after "and maybe somebody's daughter". I wish they would have shown his hands for that bit.
  8. Pete's sound at @ 13:35->14:00 or so is simply amazing. The Who at Tanglewood (1970). I never noticed how small that stage is before.
  9. That 2nd song sounds like an unreleased Black Crowes song. I may get his stuff some day. I'm not all that crazy about his brother's new effort - at least what I have heard.
  10. Rich has a new album coming out soon - I think. I have actually never heard any of his solo albums.
  11. It will interesting to see if he ends up making an album with Paul on vocals. That would be great.
  12. Some front row footage of Rich playing with Bad Company: Bad Company - West Palm Beach That first Bad Company is such a great album.
  13. There is a long segment about some of their album covers in that Eagles documentary.
  14. I tried to read it - until the audio messages started playing. I did not know there was a book. I may have to read that.
  15. Yea - they look a bit different. I only got to see them once - 2003.
  16. I wonder what Pete thinks about that.
  17. I think you can sort of see them in the sliding segment from The Kids Are Alright.
  18. Shit, I bet that hurt. Speaking of that - I'll post this again: Pete Townshend - a nice article about Pete's use of synthesizers and whatnot.
  19. I have not seen anything mentioned on the Stones message board I look at.
  20. I figure he would have some things to say if that happened.
  21. It is a great album. It's a shame they never got around to releasing the unreleased songs and live shows they talked about the last time around.
  22. I believe so. Here is the information from Discogs: Blue Mountain - Dog Days.
