Exactly. That sound is just so great. It's right after "and maybe somebody's daughter". I wish they would have shown his hands for that bit.
-
Pete's sound at @ 13:35->14:00 or so is simply amazing. The Who at Tanglewood (1970). I never noticed how small that stage is before.
-
That 2nd song sounds like an unreleased Black Crowes song. I may get his stuff some day. I'm not all that crazy about his brother's new effort - at least what I have heard.
-
Rich has a new album coming out soon - I think. I have actually never heard any of his solo albums.
-
It will interesting to see if he ends up making an album with Paul on vocals. That would be great.
-
Some front row footage of Rich playing with Bad Company: Bad Company - West Palm Beach That first Bad Company is such a great album.
-
There is a long segment about some of their album covers in that Eagles documentary.

Bruce has put out the Christic Shows: -
I tried to read it - until the audio messages started playing. I did not know there was a book. I may have to read that.

Yea - they look a bit different. I only got to see them once - 2003.
-
I wonder what Pete thinks about that.
-
I think you can sort of see them in the sliding segment from The Kids Are Alright.
-
Shit, I bet that hurt. Speaking of that - I'll post this again: Pete Townshend - a nice article about Pete's use of synthesizers and whatnot.
-
I have not seen anything mentioned on the Stones message board I look at.
-
I figure he would have some things to say if that happened.
-
It is a great album. It's a shame they never got around to releasing the unreleased songs and live shows they talked about the last time around.
-
I believe so. Here is the information from Discogs: Blue Mountain - Dog Days.
-
It's also somewhat odd because it was written by someone other that Pete - Speedy Keen - who also wrote Something in the Air. He was actually Pete's driver at the time. It seems an choice for Bun to do that song. I wonder what the whole story is there.

Bun E. Carlos solo album - John on vocals for The Who song - Armenia City In The Sky (this song is from the Who album The Who Sell Out)

A young friend of mine saw several of those shows last summer and said they were great.
