I always got a kick out of Beavis & Butthead's take on Brian Johnson.

FAQ - that does not really seem to answer the question
-
Pete says no - I actually asked him that very question once in an email. He says JP only played rhythm. I have read various accounts of that over the years. That's pretty dang good.

It will probably just be another album full of songs about sex in some way or another. I know there has been some live dvd releases from them this year.

I think most of the country is going that way - you don't want people to get cancer when they are busy drinking/over-eating themselves to death.
-
That's interesting. JP actually did some session work on the very first Who album.

Bob Lefsetz has had a lot to say about Radiohead lately. -
Speaking of big bands - I wonder how many years before AC/DC comes back. I was never much into them - but with all the re-union tours and whatnot, I am surprised they have not made a new album or toured.

I think The Who/The Rolling Stones/Led Zeppelin should all do a tour together and then call it a day.

From what I have read - they are false.

That's what the promoter says in the video. I am curious - as there has not been any recent articles about it. I wonder what kind of scene went down when someone was told they could not get in - plus I would think the people who sold those things on Ebay are not going to be giving anyone their money back.

The Selfish Giant (1971) Anyone remember this one? I am looking for it on dvd.

Post on Kevin Shirley's blog I don't much care for his sonic work - but his blog is a good place for news now and again.

Cut the caps, gun. -
I actually did not see it all - just part of it on PBS.

What's really funny is - that was a "topical song workshop". You can see those old dudes in the background don't know what to make of that "topical song."

I prefer the acoustic take of Mr. Tambourine Man over the electric version.
-
It's nice to see JP using his original guitars and whatnot. photos from a guy who was there NME page with links to video

Good Times, Bad Times (audio)
-
This cassette came from New Zealand - pressed in the mid 1980s - so I wonder if this has something to do with it.
-
I am sure the audio has been ripped from the DVD and is probably out there somewhere to snag.
