Whoever bought Jerry's toilet a few years ago will need to get that table:
-
Don't forget Illinois Speed Press. (I wonder if Jeff ever heard of them.) Nothing wrong with those bands mentioned above - just may not be everyone's cup of tea these days.
-
The Lost Room (Sci-Fi mini-series 2006) I usually re-watch this every few years.
-
I'm not much of a Paul fan - but it is nice to see him doing this:
-
This is all sort of depressing. LOL
-
I know - I recall seeing it several years ago. I would like to build a pyramid and take all my stuff with me.
-
I have been working on my will lately. I think I put a line in there about such things. No one to really leave anything to at this point though. I figure of most my stuff will end up on the garbage.
-
It was a great magazine. I think it was really the last magazine I bought every month. I could only find it at two places here where I live and they both closed at some point.
-
I could never do that.
-
I don't have a complete run - I am missing the first two years and then several of the later years.
-
Hard to believe it has been that long: I still have my stack of No Depression Magazines. And still listen to all those great bands: UT, Wilco, Son Volt, The Jayhawks, Blue Mountain, and The Old 97s - just to name a few.
-
I don't think I ever owned it - but I recall hearing it somewhere back in the early 1990s.
-
I was reading the Robert Hunter interview in Rolling Stone and noticed this: Of course he means Elvis Costello. That would be a trip if Elvis did some Dead songs. I am thinking he could have done Looks Like Rain.
-
The Dark is the one to get. (You can check it out on Youtube - of course.)
-
Speaking of the good old days - someone just put a Metal Church show from 1985 on Dime a Dozen. I can't recall if I ever saw them - but I am pretty sure I use to see bands at Ruthie's Inn and The Stone.
-
I don't think I have either. I may be wrong - that is just what came to mind.
-
The beginning of that Sannhet album made me think of the band Helmet.
-
I like those History of Iron Maiden dvds.
-
I read that other day also. According to Nicko, they have a new album finished and ready to go.
-
I think the only two Metallica cds I have are And Justice For All... and Garage Inc. The rest are original cassette or vinyl pressings.
-
I'd like to get this. I was trying to recall if I ever had No Life 'Til Leather - I don't think I did. The only rarities I have are: Whiplash (cassette), Metallistore (cassette), and The $5.98 E.P.. . . (vinyl) (I don't know how rare that is though. Probably not that rare). I guess they are going to re-master/re-release all of their albums. I may be interested - depending on how they sound. At least up through And Justice For All. . .
-
That's awesome. I recall going by there when I was at that RARHOF years ago. That's a great album.
-
That's a trip. I also have an original pressing of Who Came First. I found it at a junk shop years ago.
-
I guess old Pete wants people to buy these again: I wonder if this round will have the same stuff as the Rhino/Hip-O Records versions. I think the version I have of Who Came First is the Rykodisc release from the early 1990s. Scoop 3 is probably the only one I will get. I never bought it the first time around.

I have a Big Jim action figure right behind me on a shelf. Not the one I had though - someone gave it to me about 15 years ago. I am curious to see Amazon's version of The Man In The High Castle.
