I just found out Neko is playing at the Three Rivers Arts Festival (Pittsburgh - Saturday, June 13th, 7:30 p.m.) this year. I hope to make it up there to see her.
-
They talk about that in the film.
-
Oddly enough - all of the main staff who put on RushCon are women.
-
That's totally awesome. I'd like to live in that place.
-
I'd go for a 25 minute version of Before and After>YYZ. That's probably not going to happen though.
-
If I had such places to go to - I would have bought that Metallica tape. I see it is already going for a bunch of money on Ebay. I don't want it that bad.
-
Some of that footage can be found in Thirty Years of Maximum R&B Live.
-
I've never got to see the band. If I had my pick - it would be the Who's Next tour.
-
Interesting. I guess this tour may be the last. The speculation is that they are going to play songs they don't usually play.
-
Those guys did a great job in that documentary. How is it you never listened to RUSH? Just never liked the band?
-
I wish old Pete would break out the SG and HIWATT amps. I Can't Explain (video)
-
It would be cool if they did Let's See Action/Join Together/Relay. This may be of interest to some: Tracking Townshend Article with Pete about recording gear.
-
That's one thing you miss on the cd - be able to look at all those little photos on the album (inside) jacket.
-
I watched that documentary again recently from a few years ago. I still can't believe they invited local kids to come and hang out in the studio. What an amazing journey.
-
I have not seen it. I have a nice Mojo (or maybe it's Classic Rock) Who centered magazine from a few years back that has some nice photos/stories.
-
This is something to look forward to watching:

Jerry's Toilet Auction

Whoever bought Jerry's toilet a few years ago will need to get that table:

Don't forget Illinois Speed Press. (I wonder if Jeff ever heard of them.) Nothing wrong with those bands mentioned above - just may not be everyone's cup of tea these days.
-
The Lost Room (Sci-Fi mini-series 2006) I usually re-watch this every few years.
-
I'm not much of a Paul fan - but it is nice to see him doing this:
-
This is all sort of depressing. LOL
-
I know - I recall seeing it several years ago. I would like to build a pyramid and take all my stuff with me.
