This book is amazing, I have like 10 pages to go and it just came in on Friday. The detail is everything I hope for and really wish there was one for every single one of my favorite albums. Nice call.

I actually don't have that tune (2 minute yahoo search), as it was played at EVERY party I attended in college...sometimes twice. Besides, there are much better Biz Markie tunes. The cover of Benny and the Jets w/ the Beasties being one of them.

Try to stay positive and keep working it at it. Actually, w/ all the different avenues of financing, getting a mortgage may be easier than you'd even think...granted, you have to be able to pay it each month, but it really is possible. I didn't think we'd ever get into a house...or buy a car that wasn't used...or be able to afford having kids...but we kept working towards all of those things and tried to be patient and do it on our own timetable. I'm not saying that the country isn't slipping, but it doesn't mean you have to give up either.
