It appears that folks who mailed in for all 3 days were DENIED. I think I'm gonna be out of town that weekend of the shows....if I was in town, I'd be going to see the Meat Puppets who have a show scheduled.

Someone on the GD 80s facebook page had their money orders cashed for the Chicago shows. First one that I've heard of...

We've been watching the 2nd season of "Under the Dome" lately and have been surprised to see that the quality of the plotline and even the acting has somewhat improved. I'm a sucker for Dwight Yoakum (he reminds me of Bruce Dern at his best) so sue me.

I read Cutler's book a while back and found it pretty enjoyable too. IIFC, the Stones were pretty cold to him when they cut him loose. I'm FB pals with Cutler, the guy is a non-stop poster.

Being roughly the same age as Jenny and from the same greater general area, I've heard a couple juicy stories.

After seeing Jay twice in the early '00s, he's definitely off my radar screen too. I do still like his early recordings though, good stuff.
