While not on the same scale as this festival, Drive-by Truckers have postponed Heathens Homecoming in Athens GA from this month until April. Seems prudent. I have 3 shows in February & am wondering if they are going to come off. Especially the Beths first weekend. They are coming from New Zealand so I'm guessing it's complicated for them. The others are DBT & the War on Drugs. DBT is make up show from 2 years ago. TWOD have cancelled the opening acts for their tour.

Wilco probably wouldn't allow it now either since they sell some shows on nugs. Although come to think of it, My Morning Jacket does some stuff with nugs & still allow people to tape & post shows on archive. I've heard their sound guy actually helps tapers sometimes. Most Drive-by Truckers shows end up on archive except for the occasional one they sell. They still allow the audience tapes to go up though. Ween is very friendly too. I think these bands have figured out that if someone is going to download shows that most likely they'll have already bought the commercial product. All the

Finally getting to this. Pretty amazing film. Peter Jackson did an incredible job putting it together.

It's good but it's very irritating that the only way you can get the cd is to buy the deluxe "Love is the King". Fine record but I don't need 2 copies.

3 definite keepers I'd like to hear live. The rest is ok but not super memorable. The good ones are really good though.

Thank you. I've been doing various cocktails for years. I have a really rare & aggressive version of rheumatoid arthritis & the chemo is in hope of slowing the progression some. Some work for awhile but the effectiveness goes away eventually. I'm at the end of the line pretty much of what is available at this point. This cocktail isn't pleasant but it's not the worst I've been on. I should be sort of ok by Monday. I'm just anxious for this year to end as it's been extra brutal on the health front. Next year isn't looking too good at this point but fingers crossed things improve. Althou

I was supposed to go see X tonight but luckily I checked my calendar before buying the tickets. Found I have chemo this morning so a show tonight is right out. Things start getting busy on the show front for me in February.
