  2. Balcony. Row V. I think I paid 140 with fees.
  3. Hi, I have 2 extras for the 4/23 show at the Auditorium Theatre (my wife bought tickets to the Goodman on the same night). Let me know if you're interested.
  4. I have 2 extras to the Chicago show on 4/23 (my wife bought tickets to the Goodman for the same night)... Let me know if you're interested.

  8. Any fans out there? Loving the first half of the new record. Second half hasn't grown on me yet.
  9. Just saw Son Volt is playing in Naperville on June 10th. Looks like it's a benefit for the local NPR station.
  10. Somebody got in Jay's ear about doing a bit more self promotion. I'm not on Facebook, but I know they posted live streams of portions of many shows, and both Jay and Son Volt have a presence on Twitter. It's paying off as they've sold out many shows on this tour so far. Anybody who gave up on the band after SV 1.0 dissolved, it's time to get back on the bandwagon. Son Volt will never have that band of brothers feel they had with the original line-up, but the guys Jay's playing with now are delivering the goods.
  11. Yes. Totally electrified. Ears still ringing. All about the music. Great set list.
  12. Going to a show there for first time tonight. Ant eating recommendations near there?
  13. You picked the right day to post that list...Bravo!

  16. I cheated and looked up a set list. I won't get to see them until Chicago on 4/1 and I just don't have that kind of self restraint. Anyway, I know a lot of people complain that Jay never changes his set list. This time around, I hope he doesn't change the set from what I saw he played last weekend. It's a nice mix of electrified new and old.
  17. 1. Summerteeth 2. Yankee Hotel Foxtrot 3. Being There 4. Sky Blue Sky 5. AM 6. A Ghost is Born 7. Star Wars 8. Wilco The Album 9. The Whole Love 10. Schmilco
  18. They did have a residency in 2006 or 07 maybe where over the span of 4 or 5 nights played every song that had appeared on a Wilco release. Think those shows were at the Riv if memory serves me right...
  19. Awesome show! Not a huge Schmilco fan, so I was glad they got a lot of those out of the way early... My only regret was making a bathroom run during Reservations and missing the first half of Impossible Germany. Spiders was epic. I don't have tickets for this weekend, but I might have to change that!
  20. Hmm. Certainly not my favorite from Ryan, but I'd have it near the midway point. Nightbirds is such and awesome song. I'd move Demolition way up the list also.
  21. ^^Cortez and Analogman...I like both of your song choices, but not enough to put that record back on. I have a Son Volt playlist on my Spotify and Angel of the Blues (which is top 5 Farrar in my eyes) and Shine On are the only HT songs to make the cut.
