I don't think I'll be in jail, but I may be in court. I'll try my best to be near a computer, if at all possible! Do it!!
-
I spent all morning at the jail and totally missed the presale. Wendy, are we going to try to go together?
-
I rocked out in the car to this today and thought the same thing. Nice!

You know, I think you did! I remember hoping to get a chance to meet you, but alas, it didn't happen. Next time!
-
That's what I'm expecting (or hoping for, at least).

Isn't the balcony set back really far from the stage at the Thomas Wolfe? I don't think it's a great venue, but that's where I saw my first Wilco show, so it holds a special place in my heart. My seats were pretty close both times I saw them there but in the middle of the row, and I don't remember being bothered by people rushing the stage.

Aw, I should've watched all those videos when I had the chance! You snooze, you lose, I guess.

One of the first VCers I ever met, and one of the sweetest! Happy birthday, Heidi!

Oooh, I'd love to hear that! It sounds like it was a really fun show. Kev, thanks for the calls during Simple Twist of Fate, Nothing'severgonna... and Summer Teeth!! I wish I could have been there. -
Hey, it's an odd-numbered year...it IS time for a new album! I'm so excited about Conan!!

I'm still glad it wasn't one of us (Wendy, I'm looking at you) carrying the case that broke! -

Thanks! I can't take credit for the Sharpie, though. Erin went before me and picked it; Jeff just held onto it for awhile. -

My pictures Unfortunately, a lot of them are blurry, and I haven't added any captions yet. I knew Morgan and Charles were taking pictures during the show (and I'm sure theirs will be beautiful) so I didn't bother taking many then. -
Bonny Willy! Sorry I'm late...I'm glad you had a great birthday!

He played Everlasting Everything (not sure that's the correct name...) during the soundcheck, and in response to Edie saying it had a pretty On & On & On vibe, he said something to the effect of, "the whole album is like On & On & On." Edie or Kevin will have to verify this; I was just eavesdropping on my way to the bathroom. Also, poor Jamie (who was sick as a dog all weekend) made the cutest little charms for everybody, so we got another souvenir in addition to the posters! Thanks, Jamie!! -

"Indie pimpin'", I think. It was such a great evening. More Like the Moon (my request) was one of my favorite moments, but Feed of Man, Fake Plastic Trees, and Strangers were also completely awesome. I took some pics and will post a link after I get home from work. I loved seeing all of you! Thank you to the Gliers for such a lovely spread, to Wendy and Edie for being fabulous organizers, to Warner for recording, and to Jeff and Sue for an amazing night and for sticking around after the show to shoot the breeze with us!!
