I haven't read everything in this thread, but I am very disappointed that Wilco is opening for Neil at the Palace in Auburn Hills. This will probably be the only Michigan appearance for the band before the new record, and I can't think of anything less appealing than seeing my favorite band in an arena setting. Now if this show was scheduled in a smaller, more intimate theatre, I'd be on this like stink on sh#t. As it is, I guess I am going to have to wait for the new release this spring (or whenever it comes out) and hope that Wilco schedules a show at a smaller venue in Michigan.

QFT. This may be due to the fact that Sparty fans are truly conflicted when Michigan and tUoOS play. As the lone Wolverine in a Sparty Family, my experience has been that my family's desired outcome for The Game would be that both teams' suffered a food poisoning epidemic and could not play rather than root for either team. In fact, my mother has said that the only time she will root for Michigan is when they play ND, God bless her Sparty heart.

It's pretty damn big up here as well. Nov. 22 can't get here soon enough. Go Blue! As a Michigan alum, I can handle a mediocre season as long as the Wolverines beat ND, Sparty, and tUoOS. And by mediocre, I mean 8-4. I think there is more than a stadium being rebuilt in Ann Arbor this year.

Comcast recently added the Big Ten network to there lineup and I tuned in last night for the first time to watch the 90 minute feature on a Michigan practice. I officially want to revise my prediction of a 9-3 season to a 6-6 season. Motor City Bowl, here we come. Unless of course, RichRod used this televised exposure to hoodwink all of U of M's opponents into thinking that we have no one who can throw or catch the ball.
