I am somewhat sympathetic to that argument, but big giant lawsuits are one of the only things that keep corporations from totally raping the public day in and day out. Maybe once re-regulation takes hold we can work out some sensible litigation reform, but until then, there has to be a counterbalance.

The most important thing about Saving Private Ryan, for me, is that it probably comes closest to depicting the actual brutality and insane violence of war, or sugarcoats it the least. IMO, the best war movie I've ever seen is Downfall, as it depicts where the foolishness of war ends up.

High school is a little far from the train station - about a mile, which I guess is not an awful walk.

The Metro-North train stops in Beacon, but I have no idea if it's easy to get from there to the high school.
