I have some of these in a more girly style. 2 pairs, both have been made work shoes now, though, cos they are so comfy. Other than those shoes I have about 6 different colors of converse high tops, my favorite are the silk asian inspired ones my nana got me at a flea market. I need to get a new pair of sandals that smell decent the ones currently on my feet are pertty icky.

I would love to go to this show, but it's 6 hours away, and I am still at home. Everybody have a good time! The rain will not melt you!!

They were amazing when I saw them back in May. Man, it would be a fantastic double bill to see Wilco and Dr. Dog. The only bill better would be if the 97's opened for Wilco. Seriously. Go see them. They are the best opener Wilco has had in a very long time.

I disagree with this. Most days I read after-the-show and at the Berkeley show I was floored when they did "Too Far Apart" even though I knew they'd been playing it. When they busted out "In A Future Age" oh wow, I thought I was dreaming... It may effect some folks negitively by knowing what is being played, but if you go in not thinking about it I don't think it matters...

that is amazing!! "Casino Queen"...wow. Also, the Glenn standing thing... did anybody else thing that he did that at the beginning of ITMWLY because he was saying he's the man who loves Jeff? before we found out it a tribute, I thought that's why he did it...

I will be 21 in May. Right now there's a city wide rule that persons under 21 are not allowed in establishments that sell beer and all that... but, rules are made to be broken... So yeah, I can get into some places to do open mics...

Thoes are awesome. "the laughing banks" is my favorite.

So, I am tried of playing folk-esque music by myself. Answered a flyer looking for a rhythm guitarist and the guy called me last night. He was mostly interested because I am a girl and apparently girls don't call about being in rock bands very much... doubt anything will come of it now though, because I know they are going to say I can't play worth a shit. So, my question for you guys is: how did you get your bands started? Is there any good way to try to get one going? Thanks!

I loved the "rush to the stage thing" and I was sooooooo happy you popped up right beside me! The photos are lovely!!!!!! Do you mind if I make copies of them?? How did that one of me and nels turn out? In the one Collin took I am looking off into space (see avatar) laughing at something nels said...

I think we should start a "dear wilco, please play these songs!!" thing... or maybe they will carry over the set list request thing to other shows... On topic-- i actually think this tab sounds better open then capo 5, or maybe it's just my range...
