  1. I'd really forgotten how good this is... the production is just perfect...
  2. Top one is Various - The World Is Gone Not Various artists, but a "band" called Various, review up on pitchfork yesterday http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/article/reco...e_World_Is_Gone intrigued me... very dark folk/electonica, reminds me in places of Portishead and The Knife. As for Lindsey, enjoying it so far
  3. I love ST, it's certainly got a special place in my heart as it's the first Wilco album I bought and the stage of their career when I first came into contact with them (seeing them perform on Later With Jools Holland). YHF is the album I listen to most and is my favourite Wilco album, but Summerteeth has a special overall position on my collection.
  4. Started this on Monday night... there's something oddly engrossing about the first part
  5. Fingers crossed for another London date.............
  6. Oooo... thanks... I wonder if it's the one he talks about during The Dance MTV get-together... I'm going to grab that!
  7. It's certainly that... For me: What's that?
  8. I didn't realise that - it does look a bit bad... not what I mean though... I'm going to edit it...
  9. Ahh... see, as I've been brought up in the age of predominantly CD's, London Calling and Blonde On Blonde are all one discs now so I didn't realise they were doubles... Though I do have Jean Michel Jarre Live In China on double vinyl....
  10. Cheers for the info! I'll have to see if I can get a copy of this for my ever increasing collection of Big Jim records!
  11. I'd second Let It Die... good album that. As for Howling Bells - they have cancelled twice on me as well, fingers crossed for Monday! For me this morning, got the official promo through of this: Which sounds so much better than the leak and I'm beginning to change my mind about it!
  12. I like Being There, but along with AM it's one of my least played Wilco albums... As for studio made double albums, surely Pink Floyd "The Wall" is the best??? *runs and hides*
  13. This is definitely going to be high up on my end of year list... going to see them again next Monday night...
