Sir Stewart
doesn't matter what it is. Boston has to watch the central and pray now.I read that as "Boston is Comedy Central" and I had to agree.
ction
I wonder if the Reds would take Wily Mo back in exchange for Arroyo?

Sir Stewart
you need a pitcher, not a belly itcherI actually said out loud Saturday, wearing my Josh Beckett shirt.
quarter23cd
doesn't matter what it is. Boston has to watch the central and pray now. That's a pretty bleak picture, considering that I wouldn't be a bit surprised if there were 3 teams in the Central who finish with a better record than anybody in the East. Its times like these I'm glad I'm an Orioles fan and my postseason anxiety ended sometime around mid-April.

c53x12
New Nationals fan, or longtime Expos fan? (just wanted to get a gauge on your level of suffering) New since last year. I've moved around some. White Sox fan through the 90's.
quarter23cd
New since last year. I've moved around some. White Sox fan through the 90's.That's cool. I've been living near NY long enough that I can feel myself starting to hop on the Mets bandwagon this year.(since my primary rooting interest is dead to me as long as their owner is still alive) I might have to hurry up and move again before it sticks. I caught the last game of the Braves series last week (Nats were shut out). I really wish they were going to stay in RFK for good...I love that place.

ction
In terms of just watching a game, it's a damn good park. There are a lot of good seats that don't cost all that much (the lower part of the upper deck - 400's section - is really great). It's easy to get to by Metro and by car...plus I can fondly remember the dozens of Redskins games my Dad and I saw there. In terms of ammenities...there really aren't any. But I'm perfectly content with beer, hot dogs, and a good seat. GO RED SOX!!!! I plan to watch every game out West, sleep be damned. This is where the season turns around... bobbob1313
Ahhh...I love seeing the struggles of the Marlins !!!!!! I can gaurantee you would rather have our starting 5 than yours. I'd probably take any of our starters over any of yours at this point.

You're not arguing with that because you know I'm right and you're scared like a wee girl. You'd do well to buy a Devil Rays cap STAT.

You'd do well to buy a Devil Rays cap STAT.Ha. The Devil Rays are a terribly run organization. I'd rather have the Marlins selling off every player every year than root for the Rays. Aside from Outfielders (which they have more than enough of), they have nothing in the farm. I think the Marlins have it right in just trying to get as many pitching prospects as possible and letting the hitting sort itself out.
