I was quite fond of So Much for the City and then never managed to hear the next one it didn't get very good reviews, for the most part, but i like it. indie-pop about adolescence. definitely worth a listen at least. Played most of the tunes from the new album and the whole set was acoustic. Never has an acoustic set rocked so effin' hard. Came back out for an electric encore. Great stuff... I really need to check out some more SY stuff. sonic youth was the 1st 'indie' band i ever listened to. you should really check out daydream nation. great album. there newer stuff is quite good too.
