myboyblue
How about Wilco....opening up for Wilco!!! (but seriously you could have the guys from the 99 lineup with jeff opening up for the current lineup) They did this at the last Lounge Ax show way back when. Twas awesome. * Note that they were technically Minus5 but it was Wilco.

Guest Alan
I tend to agree with this. I almost never go in early for the opening act. I want the good stuff from the get-go.every now and then, the opener for a band IS good stuff. also sometimes the opening act is someone you've never heard of, but they end up being great and then you've found a new band to get into. that happened when i saw Blanche open for Wilco. i'd like to see these acts open for wilco Ron SexsmithBrunettesBishop AllenCocorosieCuff The DukeRichard HawleyJens LekmanMagnolia Electric CoDeerhoofSarah ShannonSea and CakeThe Bees and thats just mostly counting acts that have albums out this year. DAngerer09
The Bees Are you referring to the U.S. or the U.K. version of The Bees? The UK version would be a great opener for Wilco. Similar to Dr. Dog.
Guest Alan
Are you referring to the U.S. or the U.K. version of The Bees? The UK version would be a great opener for Wilco. Similar to Dr. Dog.UK. they really need to come to the U.S. and play some dates.
