NEW YORK (Billboard) - Coldplay's fourth album, "Viva la Vida," will arrive June 17 in North America and a day earlier internationally, according to the band's spokesperson.

I'm really excited for this, mostly because Brian Eno produced it. I think since Parachutes, each of their following albums have dropped off some. Hopefully Eno will help them branch out and try new things. The last album was good for about one listen, don't think I've touched it since.

Coldplay also says

The sights, sounds and flavours of Latin America and Spain have definitely been infused into this album...No maracas or castanets, but a vibrancy and colourfulness that owes much to the atmospheres of Buenos Aires and Barcelona. The effect is subtle but important.

Anyone else lookin forward to this?

Will Eno make them sound even more like U2?
