Beltmann
He should spend some of his money developing an American flag magic carpet that can whisk him to and from campaign events when he's not swooping around and saving babies and old people from getting hit by cars or senseless muggings."Change You Can Spit-Take To"
EL the Famous
My sister-in-law sent a chain mail indicating that Obama does not have a flag on his plane. This is almost as nauseating as a dipshit sister-in-law that makes her voting decisions based on a chain mail. it's taking every ounce of restraint not to post a picture of red sonja when i read 'chain mail'...as far as the flag/plane, i would make the stewardesses wear american flag bikinis. and tube socks. Good Old Neon
If I had a plane, it would be painted like the US flag and I wouldn't even let it land as I wouldn't want the flag touching the ground. You, sir, are a true patriot

sweetheart-mine
americans should be forced to get the american flag tattooed onto their foreheads. that way everyone would know immediately whether or not a person is a terrorist. flag=patriot, noflag=terrorist. no more worries. p.s. i'm rethinking this. our department of homeland security would have to be stationed at all tattoo parlors in the world to ensure that all identities are properly and thoroughly checked before the tattooing actually takes place. nope, i don't think it will work. never mind. IRememberDBoon
Well, we're at a point in politics where nobody tries to change anything. The only point of elections is to keep the chain moving, don't make too many waves, etc. That's why two potentially good candidates in Obama and McCain have become, basically nothing more than the mouths of their parties, going back and forth on issues depending on what puts them closer to maintaining power. It's sad. holy crapola im proud Obama is a "mouth" of The Democratic Party or whatever you want to call him. One can only hope he can get power. If you want 4 more years of Republicans running the executive branch then i just dont know what is wrong with you.

One can only hope he can get power. If you want 4 more years of Republicans running the executive branch then i just dont know what is wrong with you.why some people feel disillusioned and/or apathetic by now is understandable. i'm fighting it off like crazy myself. how both republicans and democrats earn their living in washington is a system long corrupted, *but* there is still a difference in the long-term intentions of the individuals involved. and today that difference, though it sometimes looks very small, is profoundly huge when you realize that the next eight years could take us farther down the paths of the last eight years. so when not completely disgusted by the politics and government in our country, i'm glad there is another choice/mind/outlook coming up, full of possibilities. MrRain422
I think all of you should get a little more serious about this and inflate your tires a little bit to offset our dependence on oil! Is there a Republican talking point that you don't just regurgitate mindlessly? Obama did not suggest that inflating tires would free us of our dependence on foreign oil. What he said was, properly inflated tires and tuned engines will keep our cars more gas efficient, saving people a few dollars. Do you disagree with that? Also, if every car in the U.S. had properly inflated tires and tuned engines, it would save more oil than offshore drilling will provide. Guest Jules
Come on, plugs, wires, check the points and rotor. That kind of stuff.Oh! That's all I have to do? Cool, but that's not a tuneup. Tuneups are basically obsolete. Today's cars run cleaner and more efficient than they ever have, which is why this statement is silly. Do you start chain mails? I can see this "tune-up" chain mail coming - "DON'T LET BARRACK HUSSEIN OBAMA LEGISLATE YOU TAKING PROPER CARE OF YOUR AUTOMOBILE!!"No, but that's true.
