Three dollars and 63 cents
I just checked Wilcoworld to see if they've posted an opening act for Rochester and Baltimore (they haven't), but I thought this was worth sharing: JAN-31 CHAMPAIGN, IL FOELLINGER AUDITORIUM JAN 31: Jeff Tweedy perfoming solo.Pre-Sale begins on Wednesday, November 19 at 10 a.m. Click here for Pre-Sale. Public on sale begins 11/20/08. Maybe there will be more shows?
Wendy
Hope you don't mind, but two dates in a row DOES sound promising. So I split your thread to stand alone from the Ann Arbor on Jan 30th JT solo show. *keeps fingers crossed for more to appear!* Edited: And I saw JT at this venue in Champaign a couple years ago -- it is a nice venue and should be a great concert. I personally hope he comes somewhere closer to home, as road travel in January in the midwest is iffy, at least for me anyway.
LouieB
Champaign is a lovely town this time of year... LouieB

imdwalrus
I didn't like Foellinger for a show. I felt like I was going to get an Economics lecture from that Socialist bastard Tweedy. Didn't he play Dear Employer that night, too? Typical.
aricandover
you were there?

Elixir Sue
I know! I'm not in for sure...but I'm seriously considering it. (Assuming there aren't any other shows announced that are closer to me.) Ohh...got you beat by an hour coming from Madison Hopefully the weather won't be crazy! If I could drive 13.5 hours for the St. Louis shows, you can handle that no problem! Do we live in the same place? My directions are the same.I don't think so. Aren't you ction? Anyway, I'm in Lexington, KY.

billyman
I have vowed to never see a show at Foellinger again. The crowd is either really lame or pompous. Saw Weezer open for Live when I was in school and people sat down most of the time. Saw Wheatus, Harvey Danger, and SR-71 (if I remember right) and people sat again. Saw the Wilco show in 2002 and, although people did stand, we got yelled at for standing too soon. And if standing when the house lights go out means too soon... Could never figure it out being a college town and all. Sorry for ranting but I have a feeling I'm about to break my vow. Haven't been down in quite some time. Heard White Horse closed.
