Because it sucks. Yeah, vegetarians say you can make it taste chicken if you want. No matter what it ends up tasting like 3 day old scrambled eggs soaked overnight in chicken broth. My future is now certain to be error free in regards to the use of the word tartare. Tofu must be considered a processed food, yes? I dont mind it in small doses. Too much will cause a mighty wind.
